Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Available delivery options may include:

  • Next Working Day Delivery (where available)

Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

  • Order value

  • Package size and weight

Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly stated on the website when active.


Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery directly with the courier.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Delays & Courier Issues

While we aim for fast and reliable delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched, but we will always assist where possible.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.
