  • Photos of the external and internal packaging

Failure to provide photographic evidence may result in your claim being declined.

4. Refunds

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement item

  • A store credit

  • A refund to the original payment method

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
Bank processing times may vary.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Items reported outside the 48-hour window

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery

  • Orders delayed due to courier issues once marked as delivered

6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a replacement is approved, Amino Co. will cover reshipping costs

7. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
